I had this scrap book since I was in the seventh grade, it is filled with magazine cut outs and pictures of celebrates I liked and some I still like.
I used to spend my allowance on magazines, just so I can cut out the pictures and articles I liked, It was how I usually spent my time.
I memorized birth dates, filmographies and profiles of most actors and singers.

It is my goal in life to become a better person, free of all subjectivities, judgments, labels and preconception about issues and people.
Everyday, every moment I become more determined that somehow and someday people would realize that ethics (Respect most importantly) are our guidelines through life, and that our preconceptions about people and life are the making of our hands and they are a reaction of an action we unconsciously make.
Is it too much to ask for people to understand?

The reason I choose to blog was to force myself to be direct and honest, I never saw myself as a liar, but I was extremely diplomatic even on my expense.

The year 2005 is coming to an end, and I believe it is common that we all reflect on what we went through and what we have achieved this year.
When I look back, I did go through a lot, some would say that I came out a winner, I believe that I did to a certain extent.

My family went through a lot, we had two huge problems, there are still some leftovers, but I think we can manage.

I made a big career shift, from teaching for 4 years to working in Human Resources, that was a step that I will never regret.

I wore the Hijab and took it off after 5 months, something that I had to do and explore, I found out that I wasn't ready, I realized that I am not a ritual person, I am a believer, a believer in goodness and fairness.

I grew stronger, no more door mat.

We as girls are brought up with the word "3EB" in our head, we can't talk about anything untill a certain age and if you are lucky enough to have open-minded parents to guide you.
