If you haven’t seen it yet, you must, it’s a great movie, very strange, but great, it’s about a rock star going to the edge of his sanity, the story is deep and it really gets to you, and what makes it better is the way the seens are played and the music, one of their best albums, it is really one of a kind.

A Great Day

Like any other morning, I opened my eyes to the hiss sound coming from my computer waking up from hibernation on the alarm I set, as I wasn’t really awake I couldn’t notice what was different about this morning, the room was somehow dimmer, a strange smell was coming in from my wide opened big windows, the computer started playing a familiar tune, “November Rain” it was, then I realized what was happening, for the first time in 9 month it was a cloudy morning, and the smell of rain was coming from the tiny garden in front of my villa after being watered by the gardeners in the compound, and the fact that it was the 15th of November made all this a magical coincidence.
I decided that I must have a cup of coffee before leaving to work, and as I didn’t have any water left I went down to the supermarket to bring some, and there was a lady by the pool sunbathing topless, on a cloudy morning!!

Nothing irritates me more in this life than felling helpless about injustice, and as an Arab and a Syrian citizen I have experienced several incidents of that

Se7en things I don't want/like to do:

1. Being away from my friends.
2..Live my life in routine.
3. Let people down or hurt their feelings.
4. Walking under a hot summer sun.
5. Fail to meet deadlines
6. Be hanging from a balcony, grabbing my self using my right arm, and my left arm is broken, and my ass starts itching.
7. Live in KSA :(.

Se7en things I say most often (With Explanations):

1. E5tira3: it is the Arabic word for invention, but it is used differently, something similar to the English thing or stuff, (e.g. hat el e5tira3 men eidak – give me that thing)
2. *** *** hal sha3eb ***: it is frequently used by people who live in Saudi Arabia.
3. 3am estanna elbas: it is the best answer to a stupid person who asks “What are you doing” when the answer is obvious, it’s a polite way to say “think ya 7mar before you ask”
4. Bravo 3alek: if someone is telling you a story about something they did that they think is interesting, while its actually lame and cheesy and stupid, just say the magic words and that person will instantly shut up, and amazingly everyone understands that its sarcasm.
5. Kafo: it means that I am up to it, very simple yet effective word.
6. Eih 7ammadeh eih: 7ammadeh is usually a boy who is born after several girls, so he becomes the sunshine to his parents (ye2bor alb emmo), and 7ammades are usualy raised to be very spoiled, and they can’t endure being wrong or said no to, so if you are in a discussion with someone who is too proud to say that they were wrong you can use this phrase.
7. Yeah!: British people use this word very frequently, they use to say yes and ok and really, they use it for questions and exclamations, and I guess this I got infected because of the huge number of Britz I work with. Se7en people I want to pass this tag to (Gentelmen First):
